Screen printing, also known as Silkscreen Printing or Serigraph, is a printing process that has been used for over 100 years.

Screen printing is a traditional high-precision printing process technique widely used by businesses and manufacturers worldwide, and it is one of the most popular methods for creating high-quality graphic patterns.

This process involves transferring screen-printed patterns onto a flat surface using ink, a mesh screen, and a squeegee. It is widely used in pattern printing on different materials such as paper, fabric, metal, plastic, glass, etc.

Process Steps of Screen Printing

1.Design drawing, printing the original image or text on a transparent acetate film

2.select and prepare the screen, place a patterned acetate film on the screen, cover the screen with a layer of photosensitive emulsion

3. The emulsion is exposed to harden the emulsion

4. Wash out unhardened emulsion, dry the screen, and prepare the stencil for later use.

5. Print preparation, place the material to be printed flat on the printing plate, position the screen on top of the material, and get ready to print.

6.To start printing, the screen is lowered to the printing plate, the ink is added to the screen, and the ink is evenly distributed with a squeegee. The ink presses through the blank area of the stencil and transfers to the underlying printed product, thus printing the pattern on the product

7.The printed finished product is moved to a dryer for drying and curing. After drying, the product residue is washed and inspected, and then packaged and shipped to the customer
